Hereβs what you need to know about joining and being part of the Ainah Fleet.
1. How do I join the Ainah Fleet?
To join our fleet, fill out the registration form:
π Join Uber fleet
After submitting, you will receive:
- An email to complete your details in our system
- An invitation to join our fleet on Uber
Both steps must be completed to start working.
3. What payment options do you offer?
We offer two payment options:
Salary Model
- Receive approximately 50% of your earnings as net salary
- We handle taxes, employer contributions, and administration
- No company required
Freelancer / Self-Employed
- Keep up to 90% of your Uber earnings
- You are responsible for taxes and reporting
- Requires an enskild firma
5. When do I get paid?
- Payments are processed weekly
- Payments for the previous week are usually sent on Monday
π However, we recommend waiting until Wednesday before contacting us, as bank processing times may vary.
7. Will I receive a payslip?
Yes, for salaried drivers:
- Payslips are generated monthly
- They are available by the 12th of the following month
- You will receive an email notification when your payslip is ready
9. When do I get access to the payroll portal?
After completing your profile:
- Salaried drivers will receive an invitation link
- You can then log in, sign your contract, and access your documents
11. Can I update my bank details?
13. I cannot go online in the Uber app. What should I do?
First:
- Ensure all required documents are uploaded and approved
If the issue continues:
π Contact Uber support through the app.
15. Can Ainah help with Uber account issues?
No.
We are a payment partner only.
We cannot assist with:
- Account activation
- Document approval
- Account restrictions

2. What happens after I apply?
After you apply:
- You will receive an email to:
- Add your bank account
- Add your personal number
- You will receive a fleet invitation on Uber
- You must accept it in the Uber app
β οΈ These are two separate steps. Missing one may delay your onboarding.
4. Why is the salary around 50%?
In Sweden, salary payments include:
- 25% VAT
- 31.42% employer contributions
- Income tax
After these deductions, the net payout is approximately 50% of total earnings.

Payments are labeled as:

- βLΓΆn WXXβ β Salary payments
(βWXXβ refers to the work week number)
8. Where can I view my payslips and employment details?
Salaried drivers will receive access to a personal portal where they can:
- Sign and download their contract
- View and download payslips
- Manage their information

10. Can I change my payment model (salary/freelancer)?
Yes.
To switch between salary and freelancer:
- Submit the registration form again
12. Will I receive money earned before joining your fleet?
No.
Any earnings before joining:
- Stay with your previous fleet
- Or are handled by Uber
π Contact them or Uber support for those payments.
14. Uber is asking for documents or showing the wrong vehicle. Why?
This is normal when:
- You join a new fleet
- You switch fleet partners
Uber may:
- Request verification again
- Show incorrect vehicle type temporarily
π Contact Uber support. This is usually resolved within 1β2 days.
16. Do I need a company to join?
- No, for salary model
- Yes, for freelancer model (atleast enskild firma required)
