1. General
These Terms govern your relationship with Ainah Sverige AB (“the Company”) as a driver affiliated under our Uber fleet account. By submitting this form and accepting our invitation, you agree to comply with these Terms.

2. Registration and Account
You must provide accurate and complete information including your Wolt-linked email, phone number, and bank account details. You are responsible for maintaining accurate data and informing the Company of any changes.

3. Payment Options
You may choose one of two payment structures:

• Freelancer/Self-Employed (80%): You must operate as a registered self-employed individual (enskild firma) and are fully responsible for declaring and paying your taxes to Skatteverket.

• Salary-Based (50%): You will be paid by Ainah Sverige AB as an employee or contractor, receiving approximately 50% of your Wolt income after taxes, pension contributions, and employer fees.

4. Wolt Platform
You understand that Ainah Sverige AB does not control Wolt’s policies or performance metrics. You must comply with Wolt’s driver terms, safety standards, and operational rules.

5. Payments
Payments are processed after Wolt transfers earnings to Ainah Sverige AB. Salary or freelancer payments are made weekly or monthly to your registered bank account.

6. Termination
Either party may terminate cooperation with one week’s written notice. Ainah Sverige AB reserves the right to terminate the agreement immediately in case of fraud, non-compliance with Wolt policies, or false information.

7. Liability
The Company is not liable for any losses, damages, or penalties imposed by Uber, authorities, or third parties due to your actions or negligence.
